October 2025 - Closure of the GmbH
We are announcing today that Wave Digital Studios GmbH will cease business operations after 21 years.
Nothing will change for our customers in the foreseeable future. Our Notesbrowser organizer will continue to be sold and we intend to develop it further in the future. However, due to exciting, time-consuming professional and personal projects, further development will be slower.
We have made this decision because the administrative costs and expenses of a GmbH as a legal form are disproportionate for our project, which is more of a “hobby” project. We still enjoy using Notesbrowser ourselves and are therefore interested in continuing to develop it and fix bugs. Support and service (via web form and our forum) will continue. We will announce here how we will continue Notesbrowser.
We would like to thank all our customers, partners, and companions for their trust and many years of cooperation.
